It’s the first of a 4 cabin tour taking you through “France is in The Air”, the travelling expo touring the globe showing off new seats being installed aboard select long-haul Air France planes. We start in the cheap seats and work our way up, taking in what’s new inside an Air France economy cabin. (Part 2: Premium Economy)

Air France Economy — Economy seats come with larger tray tables and plenty of tech from a 9″ touch-screen personal TV to outlets for your personal electro-gear.

Economy seat — Seat width appears average in this new Air France Economy Seat …but the pillows are nice looking!

Meal tray and menus. — Meal service is getting a kick with improved menu selections and…did they say complimentary champagne in all classes?

Headphones and eyemask. — Sleep masks and improved headphones are featured perks in economy.

Economy blankets. — As flame retardant as ever, your flight blankets look cozy all curled up.

Dinnerware. — Up close with economy dishware. Almost looks fancy if not for the plastic flatware.
