If you’ve already seen our video review of this Grand Club level room at Grand Hyatt Istanbul, you can skip straight to the lounge pics about halfway down the page. I had actually forgotten that we had taken the lounge pics until my wife asked if she could erase them from her iPhone. Of course I said “NO! That’s modhop gold!”, and now here they are.

Club Room is like any other. Clean & Comfortable at Grand Hyatt Istanbul.

Club Room Bed. — The bed’s got cozy linens and while not a cloudlike surface, the mattress is plenty comfortable.

TV and minibar. — It’s a TV (and a killer mini-bar underneath).

Desk Area. — Big, open workspace is great but the seats aren’t at all ergonomic or sexy. Work area in Grand Club Room.

Shower at Grand Hyatt Istanbul — It’s anything but private so just fog it up plenty and hop into the glass walled shower.

A separate, deep soaker tub adds some luxury…so that’s nice.

June Jacobs amenities. — June Jacobs amenities and some extras add a smidge of spa-like luxury…I guess.

Grand Club Lounge Living Area — Break free from the confines of your room and enjoy the living room style comfort of the Club Lounge.

Evening buffet at Grand Hyatt Istanbul Club Lounge. — The evening spread is fantastic in the Grand Club Lounge.

Cheese selection. — Cheese…wonderful, wonderful cheese. The evening buffet continues in the Hyatt Club Lounge.

Booze and beverages. — Bar/Beverage area. There weren’t ingredients for a White Russian, so lounge attendants had one brought up from the lounge. Super classy.

The buffet is set up end to end, coolers are kept stocked and the self-serve bar is full. Grand Club Lounge at Grand Hyatt Istanbul.

Jake Redman in the Club Lounge. — Yeah that’s me smiling because I sampled everything. Good eats and great service club level at Grand Hyatt Istanbul.
