    Booking a Jetstar Asia flight online is easily done by following a few simple steps. Input screens automatically adjust for the next input item

  • Choose number of Adults and Children Making the Flight
    The screen displays the times and costs of available flights. Make the selection and pay for the flight.
  • JetStar Apps
    Apps are available for iPhone and androids.
  • Offline Bookings
    Fees are charged for offline bookings.

Travelers making long flights have the option to pre-purchase in-flight meals. This option is available when booking flights online.

  • Economy Class
    Meals for lunch and dinner offer a selection of western, regional and vegetarian menus that include dessert and bakery items. All meals are served with water and a hot drink.
  • Business Class
    Three-course lunches and dinners, gourmet snacks on demand and continental breakfasts are available for business-class travelers. Maximizing the travelers’ rest during overnight flights is a major goal of Jetstar Asia Airlines

Seating

All seats are constructed for passengers’ comfort.

All fares have allocated seats, but travelers may choose a preferred seat next to a window or with other travelers. The preferred seat depends on availability and may require a fee.

  • Extra Legroom Seats
    These seats are located in the exit rows of each aircraft. They are included in some fares and may be purchased by other passengers. Other requirements include: must be at least 15 years old, be able to understand instructions, be able and willing to help in an emergency and possess other physical and mental abilities.
  • Up Front Seats
    Some passengers may prefer seats at the front of the plane for quickly entering and exiting.
