Air France Expo Part 2 | Premium Economy

It’s week 2 as we move up the fantasy version of a newly refitted Air France long-haul aircraft at “France Is In The Air”, the airlines travelling expo on its stop in NYC. Today we’re looking at new Premium Economy seats. (Part 1: Economy | Part 3 (Next week): Business Class)

Footrest — Footrest and legroom are big draws in Premium Economy.

Premium Economy Seating — It’s economy, but everything is just a little bit bigger, better or both (except maybe the recline).

Outlets — Outlets and USB ports are handily placed in the front of your center console.

Premium Economy Meal — Mealtime is just a little fancier too. Gourmet selections are served with real silverware!

Tray table. — The flip down and out tray table gives you more room to spread out for work or get crumbs all over during mealtime.

Post-meal cone. — At the end of your meal you’ll get a cone (floating above the meal tray here) containing candies and an oshibori

Premium Economy Amenity Kit. — Premium Economy passengers get a very basic amenity kit with the essentials.

Pillows and Blankets — That’s gotta me more than 3 times the pillow you get in normal economy. Cozy sleep gear from Air France.
